A place for the person who has carried too much for too long

The Ruach-Led Sanctuary was born from a journey through survival, spiritual warfare, trauma, nervous-system overwhelm, surrender, and restoration.

It was created for the person who loves Yahuah but still feels exhausted. For the person who has prayed, repented, tried harder, remained strong, and continued carrying pain that never felt fully understood. For the person who knows something deeper is happening beneath the anxiety, shame, fear, unhealthy attachments, numbness, confusion, or repeated patterns.

This sanctuary exists because healing cannot always be separated into isolated parts. The body matters. The nervous system matters. The soul matters. The spirit matters.

The wounds we carry can affect the way we think, attach, respond, rest, receive love, hear truth, the way our body responds, the way sickness shows up in the body and how we experience the presence of Yahuah.

This sanctuary exists to create space for the whole person body, nervous system, soul, and spirit—to be brought into truth, prayer, safety, and restoration through the presence of Ruach HaKodesh and the redemptive work of Yahusha HaMashiach.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to help people understand what they are carrying and guide them back toward truth, safety, identity, and connection with Yahuah.

We believe many people are trying to change their behavior without understanding the wound beneath it. They have been told to pray more, try harder, stop feeling, stop struggling, or simply move forward.

But the body may still be bracing. The nervous system may still be expecting danger. The soul may still be living under agreements formed in pain. The spirit may feel distant, ashamed, or exhausted.

Our mission is to help people understand what they are carrying and guide them back toward truth, safety, identity, repentance, and connection with Yahuah through Yahusha HaMashiach.

We believe freedom is not found through human effort alone. Yahusha HaMashiach is the foundation of reconciliation, forgiveness, deliverance, and restoration.

Through His mercy, people can return without condemnation, renounce lies and bondage, receive truth, and begin rebuilding their lives in alignment with Yahuah.

We do not only seek to remove what oppressed the design. We seek to restore the design.

THE EIGHT-STEP SANCTUARY PROCESS

The foundation of our work is the Ruach-Led Eight-Step Process.

Recognize

We identify what is happening without judgment or denial.

Regulate

We help the body and nervous system move toward enough safety to remain present.

Reveal

We prayerfully uncover the wound, belief, fear, or survival response beneath the pattern.

Renounce

We turn away from lies, false agreements, unhealthy attachments, and identities formed in pain.

Release

We place grief, fear, shame, resentment, spiritual heaviness, and false responsibility into Yahuah’s hands.

Refill

We invite Ruach HaKodesh to fill the places that have been emptied with truth, peace, love, identity, Scripture, and presence.

Rebuild

We establish new patterns, boundaries, beliefs, and practices that support restoration.

Reconnect

We return to Yahuah, the body, identity, safe community, and the original design.

This process is not about forcing a manifestation or rushing a person through pain. It is about creating enough safety for honesty, prayer, truth, and restoration to meet.

OUR APPROACH

The Ruach-Led Sanctuary is faith-rooted, trauma-aware, nervous-system-conscious, and centered on the presence of Ruach HaKodesh.

We believe spiritual healing and nervous-system care do not have to compete with one another. Prayer matters. Truth matters. The body matters. Safety matters. Discernment matters. Professional support matters.

We acknowledge that not every struggle is spiritual oppression, and not every symptom has the same cause. Trauma, neurotype, physical health, hormones, environment, relationships, grief, and spiritual vulnerability may all affect a person’s experience.

Our role is not to create fear. Our role is to help people slow down, recognize what is happening, and bring each layer into truth, wisdom, prayer, and appropriate support.

We do not believe a person must be shamed into freedom. We believe truth can be spoken without condemnation. Conviction can lead a person home without destroying their dignity. Release can happen without pressure. Restoration can happen one layer at a time.

THE VISION

The Ruach-Led Sanctuary began as a vision for a physical sanctuary in Costa Rica—a quiet place surrounded by nature and overlooking the ocean, where people can step away from noise, performance, survival, and constant responsibility.

The future sanctuary is envisioned as a healing ecosystem with spaces for prayer, rest, guided release, Scripture, biblical oils, gentle body-based care, water, nature, journaling, creative expression, nourishing food, and aligned support.

The vision includes intimate retreats, nervous-system-aware spiritual ministry, the Womb Room for release and restoration, the Freedom Room for movement, expression, music, and joy, dedicated spaces for women and men, a prayer garden, biblical oils and guided meditations, saltwater and restorative body care, trauma-informed practitioners, and a community of aligned spiritual and wellness support.

The physical sanctuary is still coming into form. While it is being built, the sanctuary already exists through its digital teachings, online release sessions, guided meditations, biblical oils, and faith-rooted resources.

The building is the future home of the vision, but the work has already begun.

OUR FOUNDER

The Ruach-Led Sanctuary was founded by Zaya, a visionary, guide, mother, and creator whose journey through trauma, neurodivergence, spiritual warfare, nervous-system overwhelm, surrender, and restoration became the foundation of this work.

Her role is not to present herself as having every answer. Her role is to create the atmosphere, language, framework, and space where others can begin recognizing what they carry.

She guides prayer, meditation, release, reflection, and the Eight-Step Sanctuary Process. She also creates biblical oils and sensory experiences designed to accompany moments of prayer, regulation, release, and reconnection.

The sanctuary was not created from theory alone. It was created from lived experience from understanding what it feels like to love Yahuah and still feel overwhelmed, to carry a vision while struggling to carry oneself, and to feel deeply, perceive deeply, and live with a nervous system that has spent years in survival. It was created from the realization that sensitivity is not always brokenness. Sometimes it is a design that was wounded and is now learning safety. Her deepest desire is for each person who enters this work to leave with the realization:

“I did not know how much I was carrying. I did not know that some of it was never mine. I was able to put something down. I can breathe again.”

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The Ruach-Led Sanctuary is centered on Yahuah, established through Yahusha HaMashiach, and guided by Ruach HaKodesh.

We believe Yahusha HaMashiach is the doorway to reconciliation with Yahuah, the foundation of repentance, and the authority through whom freedom and restoration are received.

Our work does not replace the finished work of Yahusha. It helps people recognize the wounds, lies, survival patterns, and spiritual burdens that may be preventing them from fully receiving and walking in the truth He has already made available.

We believe Yahuah is the Creator and source of life.

We believe Yahusha HaMashiach is the promised Messiah, the foundation of salvation, reconciliation, repentance, deliverance, and restoration.

We believe Ruach HaKodesh reveals truth, brings conviction, comforts the wounded, and fills what has been emptied in release.

We believe you were created with a design.

We believe trauma can distort that design, but it cannot erase it.

We believe darkness may attempt to exploit wounded places, but those places are not beyond the authority and restoration of Yahusha HaMashiach.

We believe sensitivity is not automatically weakness.

We believe the nervous system deserves understanding, not shame.

We believe repentance is a return to Yahuah through Yahusha HaMashiach, not humiliation or condemnation.

We believe prayer should never be used to dismiss physical, emotional, or psychological pain.

We believe receiving medical or professional support is not a failure of faith.

We believe healing may happen suddenly, gradually, or in layers.

We believe people deserve honesty without condemnation and truth without fear.

We believe what was wounded can receive care, what was silenced can recover its voice, what was distorted can be restored, and what was hijacked still belongs to Yahuah.

YOU ARE WELCOME HERE

You do not need to arrive with perfect faith.

You do not need to know exactly what is wrong.

You do not need to force yourself to feel ready.

You may arrive tired, confused, disappointed, ashamed, overwhelmed, or simply aware that you cannot continue carrying everything the same way.

This sanctuary is an invitation to slow down, listen, recognize, release, receive, and remember who you were before survival became your identity.
